“Whole food, plant-based diet prevents, suspends and/or cure all (peer-reviewed research findings). WFPB nutritional effect is broad and rapids if dietary change is sustained WFPB treats illness and disease—with no side effects.”

Cancer, diabete type 2, kidney stones, osteoporosis, pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ERECTILE dysfunction (HAHA!), and host of other things… you want to avoid other things? WFPB lifestyle is where is starts. Naturally.

Diet (or nutrition) comes first, no matter what. (I don’t like the word “diet”. Diet requires temporariness.)

Lifestyle is where I am.

For those who the take one-step at a time, start up here:

  • Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen checklist of what eat!
  • It’s FREE, non-commercial, nonprofit, science-based public service provided by Dr. Greger and forget all those “count your calories” whatamuwhoits. Apple App or Google Apps

That should get you started.
