Ankle Weight Belt
I have been using that Ankle Weight Belt for a month.
AND it is great! (for stroke)
I’m wearing around the house and, of course, for walks. I got back from my walk(run). I like it!!! I wore it on my left ankle.
Here is what I noticed:
- Stability and balance is the key one. World of difference once I get the stability and balance in there.
- Young people. Yes. like me.ย ย ย (normally, with strokes: 60s – 70s+ years old).
- Athletic (heart rate was higher! Yay!!)
- I have to TRY.
That the key phase,ย “Try!”.
It doesn’t work without trying. Know that.
It will be years, but I don’t care.
I’ll wear till… well… I get over my stroke.
