I eat WFPB* food (shown here), and I’m a vegan by choice.
My eating habits.
I’m a WFPB (*Whole Food Plant-Based) Nutrition eating habit** (and eating pattern). I eat optimally for human beings and my heath (nutrition) for longevity. And I’m a vegan by choice.
(Side note:
*WFPB does NOT equal Vegan. It’s correlated, but not equal. Squares equal rectangles, but all rectangles does not equal squares. Eating WFPB nutrition is the optimal way from human being to eat. Vegan is a philosophy, mainly due to a moral code to NOT eat anything that comes from a non-human beings, like cows, chickens, pigs, fish, ocean creatures, etc. Sometimes they connect, and that leads to constant bickering and disorder, and plain misunderstanding, but it will work out at the end of a few years, or a decade, or whatever. Hah.
** Eating = Diet. I’m going with “eating/eat”, not “diet” because there are too many trends, diet fads, etc.)
I’m stroke survivor and aphasia recovery and want beat this stroke back and live my non-disabled (eg.; able-bodied or “normal”) life back USING A WFPB NUTRITION!
I wondered, “How did a get this stroke (which lead to my aphasia)???”. I was perfectly healthy (or so I thought). And why my late mother get pancreatic cancer??
<AARRRRRRGGGHHHHH!!#%N436B4Q3!!! < Whew! I’m okay now. Haha >
And after exhaustive research, studies, and deep data, I have figured it out… it was so easy…
98% was my DIET!!!!!
What we eat was it. Insides (my brain, gut, heart, lungs, etc.), NOT the outsides – my body (I was “normal” (non-disabilities) physically, as far as anyone was concerned).
I was shocked. Environment, location, toxins and alcohol was definitely in there (making up my 3 – 10% of my total body), but the diet (omnivore, ultra-process food, junk-food, etc.) was the biggest and largest part of it. I am so bloody serious.
Diet, diet and more diet! That’s what pushed me over the edge.
Alcohol and smoking and drugs will, obviously, hurt you (I didn’t do that from my stroke to now. 99.99% was diet). In order to beat my body back (or self-body or myself), I need eat WFPB nutrient eating habit and sleep well, and then, hopefully, beat this stroke (and aphasia) back!! Whether that’s takes a years, or 30 years or 150+ years…
I WILL BEAT THIS BACK!!
In other words, it led me to the Whole Foods Plant-Based eating habits FOREVER!
WFPB* nutrition is the optimal choice for human’s food and to live longer, and a vegan diet is the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet earth every day.
AND Confucianism teachings… Shi Heng Yi teachings…
but I’m STILL going this one the insides of my body (stroke and aphasia). Raaaawwwrrr!!
“HEALTH should always come first!”
I will show you my basic eating habits (in general):
Bowl 1 (in general).
– Steel-cut oatmeal
– Cinnamon
– Strawberries
– Blueberries
– Walnuts
– 2 Bananas
– Cranberries
– 2 Oranges
– Soy/bean milk (두유)
– Any sort of fruits (grapes, persimmons, melons, plums… basically, whatever’s fruit in season in addition to frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries everyday.)
Bowl 2 (in general)
– Sweet potatoes (I can’t get the purple sweet potatoes here in Korea. I love purple sweet potatoes!!!)
– Regular (russet?🤔) potatoes
– Lots of brown rice (or multi-grain rice)
– Lots of beans (any type of bean or peas. This one is chickpeas) in the rice cooker. (Side note: I don’t understand, why you don’t put the beans in the rice cooker? It taste delicious! Asian people have rice all the time. You people, put the bean in there! Two bir—um– kales in one!)
– 5 types of veggies (various colors)
– Minced garlic
– Kale
– Spinach
– Lots of Sprouts
– Broccoli
– Bell Peppers
– Beets
– Sesame plant with seasonings
– Black pepper
– Nutritional yeast
– Parsley
– Flaxseeds
– Fermented (Vegan) Foods:
Vegan Korean kimchi (or) vegan pickled turnips/radish!
(Yes, I know, salt is one of the main ingredients in kimchi, and salt is number one of Americans/(human beings?🤔/How Not to Age book) method of death, but fermented foods vs. salt?🤔 The jury still out for my health, but I’ll keep an eye on that.)
And the food is nummy delicious, too!
I use the Daily Dozen app by evidence-backed Dr. Michael Gregor as my guide. I don’t need the app anymore, but I check it every once in while and see if they came out with any YouTube videos that I didn’t see.
Yummm!
In general, that’s what I eat daily in the morning (except for Monday which I fast for health purposely) for ~10 years (as of this post), and when I go out to restaurants, I eat plant-based food or I don’t eat… but oh well, I won’t eat for one day (I fast once a week, so it’s no big deal), and plus, I’m dealing with the highly processed or ultra-processed plant-foods, and I can avoid those things. I’m here just for the company (friends, colleagues and business meetings).
And I mostly eat at home. haha
I make my breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner (I normally have dinner between 3:00 – 5:00 PM depending on my previous meal) and leftovers of my breakfast/lunch. Basically, I eat twice a day and snack between meals.

Here’s what I eat (approximately) in one month (and it’s sampling and NOT the full package of my eating)…
Just funny clip….
