Personally, Iโm a fanatical, amateur major health/nutrition geek! ๐ (and Iโm going on this for 9 years and Iโm going keep it until my dying day).
I want to get my โnormalโ body back and Iโm in this for longevity and evidence-backed nutrition, healthspan and lifespan reasons. And vegan by choice, but it happens to have overlap with vegan community and Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB)* eating. So, that is AWESOME!! And I want to live to maximum longevity and do social good for the world (my goal for now).

I eat twice a day (morning and late lunch / I try to do daily intermediate fasting โ I eat between, roughly, six hours daily) and I eat undisputed (at least for me) Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) habit of eating for my longevity and for my general health (to get my health back from my stroke), and the vegan lifestyle forever.* Mentally sharp and, ego trips aside, I say, Iโm scientifically intelligent. And I do evidence-backed and populations studies or my health and how I eat. NOT for anecdotal personal experience. (I have nothing to do with how I eat. haha.) - Iโm going the gym two to three times a week with my trainer, and I exercise at home twice a day (morning and night). I generally donโt eat dinner unless thereโs are some good friends or colleagues around. Then Iโll eat plant-based light for dinner.
(05.06.2024)- Iโm fasting on Sunday evening through Tuesday morning EVERY WEEK for 8 years, roughly 30 โ 43 hours of fasting, (from my stroke and, as of this post, 11.05.2024 until my dying day or my doctor said to stop because of various health reasons [which I will question the time. hah]), so you donโt have to worry about me..Choose your primary doctor (hopefully, vegan doctor) wisely and carefully. Donโt go blindly choosing your doctor. (Not every doctors is right for you. Itโs career or job, like construction worker, or architect, or web designer, etc.. I made the mistake long ago.)
- Iโm drawing focus to the foundations of VCs/startups, science and nutrition that underpin his worldview. This passion grew deeper observing how eating patterns around the world affected both the health of human populations, the environment and animal cruelty in which food is raised..Again, Iโm a Whole Food Plant-Based eating habits and vegan lifestyle. Iโm vegan by choice, and WFPB* (SOS** free) nutrition is the optimal choice for humanโs food, so Iโm doing both! I started the Green Impact Ventures fund, with my partners (still building my VCs base), in plant-based nutrition, environment and animal rights in locally and, eventually, globally.
- Of course, I despise animal cruelty (animal agriculture and fishing are TRULY, HORRIBLY cruel!๐ค ) and climate crisis, which is caused by animal agriculture, especially cows. For more information, see here:

- Vegan by choice! There is overlap between WFPB and vegan community. You could do unhealthy vegan (aka. junk-foods vegan). Iโm well aware of that and I donโt want that.
I choose vegan lifestyle for ethical and moral reasons. Iโll set up a wildlife refuge and/or animal farm/shelter someday. But humanity should, currently, take up life on this earth individually, and for our future generations. Iโm content with that. AAANNNDD human nutrition and healthy vegan are the same. So, thatโs good for me, too. haha (NOT like junk-food vegan, which is concerned about animal rights and cruelty, nothing about human health. Later, I will write โComparison of WFPB eating and Veganโ in my blog. Later, not now.)
- I sleep, roughly, 5:00 AM (05:00) โ 6:00 AM (06:00) in the early morning, and I donโt need an alarm clock. I go to sleep roughly around 10:00 PM (22:00).
- Iโm in this for evidence-backed, longevity, healthspan and lifespan reasons, and I follow the โDonโt Dieโ and โHow to Not Ageโ live to longevity path.

I have stroke and aphasia due to my omnivore habits (which is bad), but itโs getting really BETTER, but you have to deal with it until Iโm healed. THIS is why I started down this Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle (in honor of my late Motherโฆ and me!)โฆ and I like it for all the reasons, not just for health reasons!

Iโm a passionate, amateur nutritionist scientist who is backed by consensus of medical literature and ARMY of EVIDENCE-BACKED doctors (some who are colleagues of mine, like Dr. Greger, from world famous US and Korea, like Dr. Euicheol Lee), and full-fledged research nutritionists and vegan dietitians, and OVER 17,000 DOCTORS and growing!!!! And various medical institutions (like, WHO (World Heath Organization), Former President of American Association Cardiology, American Diabetes Association, vegedoctor.org, etc), the PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine), major Medical Universities (like, Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, UK, etc.) from across the worldโฆ

โ Healthy life... for as long as possible (see above). Haha! And further, REVERSING various diseases by doctors should anything come up.ย We, human beings, are the only ones to get atherosclerosis. (Atherosclerosis is a common disease that occurs when plaque builds up in the walls of arteries, narrowing them and reducing blood flow.) Thatโs awful.
I want to live healthy to a 150+ years old and thatโs the way I want to do it!๐ (eg. data science, statistics, blue zones, etc. If you want, again, Iโll show you later).
Secretly: I want to live healthiest until 500+ years. Heehee!
I want to start a charity one day around animal shelter or buying land and converting to nature, and donating vegan doctors, etc.
