I’m different. Not in the good way.πŸ˜….

<<–// I’m going on little self-encouragement, so bare with me. Hah. //–>>

You could all be living “normal” lives. And that’s the way that you SHOULD be for all you “normal” people.

But I’m different. Not in the good way.πŸ˜….

I have stroke and aphasia because I could have AVOIDED this disease (and later disabilities, but I’m getting over it slowly, but surely) with proper healthy, eating!!!

I argue WFPB* (SOS free)** eating is the way to go for you to lead a happy, HEALTHY lives into old age and avoided my stroke, which is why I went from omnivore to plant-based eating over night. Well, slightly “over night”. I had to do some research, and then I went “over night” to WFPB eating. But I will be back to “normal” with a better understanding of my body, and the Earth, and my place in the world.

WFPB eating is the way human beings should eat. That’s final. And you all could formal debate me for “Why I know [omnivore vs WFPB] eating habits are better for the body and the planet we share this lifetime with.” Debate. I welcome the debate anytime!
<But ARGGHHH!! I’m dealing with this body condition now. I can’t freaking stand it!>

In other words, stick to your “normal” lives, PLEASE!! πŸ˜„ haha And pay it forward to next generations.

<<–// end my little tirade. Hah //–>>

* WFPB = Whole Food Plant-Based
** SOS free = Salt Oil Sugar free
