I’m different. Not in the good way.πŸ˜….

<<–// I’m going on little self-encouragement, so bare with me. Hah. //–>>

You could all be living “normal” lives. And that’s the way that you SHOULD be for all you “normal” people.

But I’m different. Not in the good way.πŸ˜….

I have stroke and aphasia because I could have AVOIDED this disease (and later disabilities, but I’m getting over it slowly, but surely) with proper healthy, eating!!!

I argue WFPB* (SOS free)** eating is the way to go for you to lead a happy, HEALTHY lives into old age and avoided my stroke, which is why I went from omnivore to plant-based eating over night. Well, slightly “over night”. I had to do some research, and then I went “over night” to WFPB eating. But I will be back to “normal” with a better understanding of my body, and the Earth, and my place in the world.

WFPB eating is the way human beings should eat. AND don’t give me a “it’s just a piece of my cultural” crap. I have been to lot of countries most have not been too, and especially US (I’ve been to half of the States) and Korea, and in ancient times, they do eat the same as me only different fruits, vegetables and mushrooms. That’s final.

And you all could formal debate me for “Why I know WFPB eating habits are better for the body and the planet we share this lifetime with.” Debate. I welcome the debate WFPB vs. Omnivores anytime!
<But ARGGHHH!! I’m dealing with this body condition now. I can’t freaking stand it!>

In other words, stick to your “normal” lives, PLEASE!! I do it the “normal” way, keeping your body and mind without getting stroke, okay? πŸ˜„ haha! And pay WFPB lifestyle forward to next generations.

<<–// end my little tirade. Hah //–>>
