Watch out – I could talk your ears off when it’s come to this.
That’s why I am WFPB eating habits and Vegan lifestyle. It’s overlapping, so BOTH!
I see ‘Vegan” as most related to end all animal cruelty by humans, environment should over by shutting down animal agricultural, and WFPB as my eating patterns* and habits to maximize my lifespan (longevity).
*”eating patterns” = “diet” because diet is too closely related to diet trends, etc.
