Here is my lunch:


Bowl

  • Oats, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seed, dates, plums, fresh blueberries (picked from my garden!), and almond milk. That’s it…. I guess.

Plate

  • Grapes, corn, lemon (it goes in the tea), and

Smoothies

  • The Green Smoothie is a concoction I made myself. It includes: kale, spinach, broccoli, sprout, cinnamon, curumim, flax seed, banana, melons, plums, apples, and

Hibiscus tea
