My eating schedule

Someone told me I should post what I’m eating.
Here is my lunch:
Bowl
- Oats, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seed, dates, plums, fresh blueberries (picked from my garden!), and almond milk. That’s it…. I guess.
Plate
- Grapes, corn, lemon (it goes in the tea), and
Smoothies
- The Green Smoothie is a concoction I made myself. It includes: kale, spinach, broccoli, sprout, cinnamon, curumim, flax seed, banana, melons, plums, apples, and
Hibiscus tea
That’s in my belly right now. heehee! ^-^

I know. I’m working it on it, but it’s not bad.Β
