Progress (Health)
I’m healthy. No doubt about that. I feel great. I look younger and I getting in shape (well, the left side… right still working on it).
I workout 3 hour a day, meditate, sleep well, and physical therapy and leg strengthen all day, and in the future, I am getting there: 100+ aging, lucid dreams, wake up earlier, I’m preparing for the triathlon and movement?(I forget the name it! I’m since my aphasia I can’t remember names. Getting there, but its hard). I’m going for the “Blue Zones“. I gotta get to through this. I gotta change and for the better.
But every time I take a step forward,
I take two steps backward… or the reverse.
My body is a wreck!
This time it was my leg (sprain? I have to the doctor office. My injuries right leg).
Let me list of my injuries (Past, still with me)…
- Left Knee (skateboarding. I needed surgery! Maaan, that rough).
- Left Knee (I didn’t have to go into surgery, but same leg. aaarrgh.)
- Right Ankle (sprain/skateboarding).
- Right arm (skateboarding/later… swimming)
- Shoulder (skateboarding? I don’t know where)
- Elbow/Shoulder left index fingers (skateboarding)
- Lower back (horseback riding)
Maan… I sure got a lot of skateboarding in here!
Stroke with aphasia (since my release)…
- Sprain foot? ankle? I’ve got to check it out. New! And my right-injured leg! (stroke)
- Over-stretching. Tennis Elbow; left arm. (stroke)9
- ssfgsdfgg(I forget the name it!) Right arm. I got three shots – all at different times. (stroke)
Fighting!… but what the f#ck!!??
AAArrrrrrggghh!!
