What I Ate Today (Part 3)

What I ate today (well, yesterday).

Dinner

The pasta sauce is plenty of ingredients and super yummy!

The pasta sauce:

    • Pasta sauce: Basil and tomato (no milk! 😉 )

I put my own ingredients in:

    • Bell peppers
    • red cabbage
    • onions
    • garlic
    • basil (yes, they’re was some there, but you can enough).
    • turmeric
    • mushrooms
    • eggplant
    • broccoli
    • spinach
    • flax seeds
    • sprouts
    • wheat grass

I finished it with: Pumpkin and sweet potato (I will have to work on that. It’s is good.) 🙂

Bunch of stuff I eat and bunch of stuff I put away.

Midday

  • Cereal (oats, nuts, fruits, almond milk)
  • Fruit (apples, melon, and orange)
  • Smoothies (whole food plant-based nutrient)
