What I Ate Today (Part 3)
What I ate today (well, yesterday).
Dinner
The pasta sauce is plenty of ingredients and super yummy!
The pasta sauce:

- Pasta sauce: Basil and tomato (no milk! 😉 )
I put my own ingredients in:

- Bell peppers
- red cabbage
- onions
- garlic
- basil (yes, they’re was some there, but you can enough).
- turmeric
- mushrooms
- eggplant
- broccoli
- spinach
- flax seeds
- sprouts
- wheat grass
I finished it with: Pumpkin and sweet potato (I will have to work on that. It’s is good.) 🙂
Bunch of stuff I eat and bunch of stuff I put away.
Midday
- Cereal (oats, nuts, fruits, almond milk)
- Fruit (apples, melon, and orange)
- Smoothies (whole food plant-based nutrient)
