What I Ate Today (Part 4)
Monday Fasting. 26 hours
I broke the fast on Tuesday, and follow it Tent Food Court thing.
Breaking the fasting on:
– Whole grain and fruits (came with the box), oats, cacao nibs and blueberries,
– Apple
– 2 sweet potatoes
– 1 potato
– Mixed veggies (I made them! It’s got all the ingredients *see below), tomato sauce and whole-wheat spaghetti
– Dried black beans
– Nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflowers, chia seeds)
– Hibiscus tea
• Veggies Mix: Kale, broccoli, spinach, beets, black beans, onions, purple cabbage, mushrooms, cruciferous veggies, wheatgrass powder, turmeric, and parsley.
(Some of those pics where takes 1 day before the fasting.)
Is this good? I checked the label. It’s not bad except for the sugar content. (It’s tolerable – 25.6 g).
Dinner
– Natto (black beans)
– Rice and black and veggies in “Bibimbob” style
– 3 Corn
– Apple
– Green tea
