Personally, I’m a fanatical, amateur major health/nutrition geek! 😁And I want to maximum social good for the world (my goal).
- I eat twice a day (morning and late lunch / I try to do daily intermediate fasting) and I eat Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) habit of eating for my longevity, and the vegan lifestyle forever.** (vegan by choice!) There is overlap between WFPB and vegan community.
- I’m going the gym two to three times a week with my trainer, and I exercise at home twice a day (morning and night)
- I’m fasting on Sunday evening through Tuesday morning every week for 8 years 11.05.2024 (roughly 30 – 43 hours of fasting), so you don’t have to worry about me.
- Of course, I despise animal cruelty (animal agriculture and fishing are HORRIBLY cruel!😤 ) and climate crisis, which is caused by animal agriculture, especially cows.

I choose vegan lifestyle for ethical and moral reasons. I’ll set up a wildlife refuge and/or animal farm/shelter someday. But humanity should, currently, take up life on this earth individually, and for our future generations. Ethically and morally, I’m content with that. AAANNNDD human nutrition and healthy vegan are the same. So, that’s good for me. haha (NOT like junk-food vegan which is concerned about animal rights and cruelty, nothing about human health. Later, I will write “Comparison of WFPB eating and Vegan” in my blog. Later, not now.)
- I sleep around 5:00 AM (05:00) in the early morning, and I go to sleep roughly around 10:00 PM (22:00)
- I’m in this for evidence-backed, healthy longevity, healthspan and lifespan reasons, and I follow the “Don’t Die” live to longevity path. (Thanks Bryan Johnson. He was a successful tech CEO, who’s company sold by $800 million to PayPal. And he is vegan.)

I have stroke and aphasia due to my omnivore habits (which is bad), but it’s getting really BETTER, but you have to deal with it until I’m healed. This is why I started down the Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle (in honor of my late Mother… and me!)

I’m a passionate, amateur nutritionist scientist who is backed by consensus of medical literature and ARMY of EVIDENCE-BACKED doctors (some who are colleagues of mine from world famous US, Dr. Michael Greger, and Korea), and full-fledged nutritionists from the US and Korea, and OVER 17,000 DOCTORS and growing!!
… who all support PLANT-BASED eating.
I spend a one hour – five hours DAILY on the research and videos to this day (roughly from my stroke until now). Prove me wrong!
What is the healthiest diet?

Someday to eat plant-based like me for HEALTH and longevity reasons (especially when women are pregnant. I can show you evidence-backed research later.)
And…
– Lifestyles. (That includes, sleep, exercise, and when to eat (WFPB eating, of course😅), career/meditation/fasting/fun)
– Healthy life… for as long as possible (see above). Haha! And further, REVERSING various diseases by doctors should anything come up. We, human beings, are the only ones to get atherosclerosis. (Atherosclerosis is a common disease that occurs when plaque builds up in the walls of arteries, narrowing them and reducing blood flow.) That’s awful.
I want to live healthy to a 150+ years old and that’s the way I want to do it!😜 (eg. data science, statistics, blue zones, etc. If you want, I’ll show you later).
Secretly: I want to live healthiest until 500+ years. Heehee!
I want to start a charity one day around animal shelter or buying land and converting to nature, and donating vegan doctors, etc.
