My 2018 Year in Review

Alright. Let’s go check out my goal the year in review.

Aphasia and Stroke

I set it up to do my core being health and all the way. And health is going all right. Mentally and physically I’m getting there, but I feel great.

Stroke

Still going at it. And in fact, I upgraded it, sorta.

I had to deal with this stuff — I had broke my ankle? No. I had fracture of my ankle? Sprained ankle! That is the one! Sprained ankle. (Aphasia ! Argh1!!), tennis elbow, and ankle brace… build it up and knock it back, build it up and knock it back only a little bit stronger side. Repeat.

I went through a LOT, but basically, I adjusted to my body. I’m not so young anymore (18 – 20s age). Yah, I know, I know! Shuttaupp. Hah

But you gotta do it and it was daang tiring (physically and mentally!). Neuroplasticity, physical therapy, walking/jogging, workout… and I am still doing it.

And my body is my pumped up and ready to rock! I’m that serious. None of my friends (who are in late 20s and older) are that in shape like I am. Not a single one. (Yes, friends, try me out!) Plant-based and living strong… and stronger day-by-day. Korea, I am coming to get you! Yaaahboiiii!!!

Aphasia

Aphasia was tough. It’s still is tough. Really tough.

I’m better now and then I was in the past, but only slightly. I can’t judge it, so I asked some people around me and they say, “It was good. You are getter a better.” But don’t have time to climb up in there saying, “What is better? Speak patterns or communication or simple things, like, I reply straight away, etc.”

Overall, I think I am better for aphasia and stroke like this graph:

The graph going up, but with a little hiccups along the way.

Whole Food Plant-Based Diet.

Notice: It went from “diet” and “LIFESTYLE”, and it’s super good. Yah!

I noticed that it was going to be lifestyle the second I realized that I was “diet” wasn’t right word. Diet was something you did temporarily. “I need to drop 20 pounds in order to fit in this belt.”

Lifestyle was something you did cause you liked to and it is style you want to keep.

Lifestyle is the key.

Korea, I’ll say it again, I am coming to get you.

Sleep.

I got the mornings down. But it was hard, but I have morning down packed.

Just the nights is where I have a problem with… I am getting a down to 11:30 pm (and extra hard by 10:00 pm), but that is hard considering I don’t have to time set exactly 12:00–2:30 AM, which me sleep times between 3 hours (argh) — 6 hours 30 minutes.

I need to get that up as soon as possible.

Longevity.

Done (almost done.) I have taking it up to:

“How long do you which to live?”

(or die, depending on who you are going to talk to.)

It’s the same thing. I’m going to use it for final question (or close to final question) on my podcast.

I will live 100 years old, no sweat, but don’t see it as like that. Secretly, see it 150 years old. And super secretly, know I can live up to 300 — 500 years old… and super secretly with a cherry on top, live to be forever.

You’ve heard here first.

The-blue-zones

Guess how old he is?

(100+ years old. That’s incredible.)

Meditation.

Done (in the mornings) and sometimes I do it at night. Sometimes.

Podcast.

Done. Now, to keep it up.

Legacy.

Done, but this a long term plan. But done.

Innovation and Startups.

Done! And I am still going strong it at it!

It’s been hard, and it’s still being stroke and aphasia hard (definitely, aphasia), but I will keep going at it. Never give up.

Never.

See my post over here: Draft–Goals 2019

Conclusion

I went in the core of who I am (still learning) and came out the other side of it with purpose of who I wish to become. I have a purpose. It was always the same, but I have strengthen it.

I wish to become a legacy or a foundation, something to cap on my innovation and startups.

I have (progressing into greatness) and you have something great?
I am waiting to see it and we can do it together. 🙂

🙂

Rough Draft

  • Stroke and Aphasia. I have both of them (I’m getting better!).
  • 5 hours to write that. (January 4th — February 9th)
  • 50% aphasia / 50% rough draft
  • left handed to type that (I’m working on it!)
