Protein is a Myth (and) The Plant-Based Athletes (and) Etc.

Ok, here’s the things from my friends (in my diet):

  • Protein
  • Athletics
  • Eggs
  • Keto and Paleo

It’s tiring, so I made a post. Ha!

It’s a combo of no correct clinical research, friend of the friend, marketing and media (that’s was the worst — tv shows, commercial, newspapers, blogs, etc.), 1 person vs clinical research of a country, and NO scientifically research and data (dood, I spent 10,000+ hours studying this stuff!!). And anything with aphasia for explaining things. < I hate you aphasia! #$#@%@$%*&^%Q@@!! >

And let’s just keep it get simple:

No! It is a Whole Food Plant-Based Lifestyle (WFPB) is all you need.

(That, and cutting out processed foods, but “organics” is better all around.)

All that is left for them to say is  it “tasty”, and “addiction” diet or indulgence/comfort foods diet,

and environmental and saves animals, which is bad. Real bad.

All of them – I got tons about 10,000+ hours research and video on these topics.

ok,  I’ll get down the list:

Proteins

There’s a lot of myths about it because people are afraid, “If I don’t eat meat, I will run into a protein deficiency.”

That is a myth.

I used to fall for it. Totally a myth.

World’s top leaders, entertainers, doctors, scientists AND athletes. World-record-holding strongman is vegan, Mr Universe, for a few years ago, is vegan, World-record-holding ultra-marathoner, UFC fighters, American football players, professional soccers players, professions tennis stars, etc… all of vegan.

Faster, rapid recovery time is vegan.

TOP 10 VEGAN PROTEIN SOURCES! (ft. Bodybuilder Jon Venus)

A friend asked me:

What do you need eat if I covered 10 grams of protein. I need to build muscles (to become “soccer star”)?

Soccer star are one of those:  25 ripped vegan Athletes

I told him:

10 Plant Based Protein Sources You Should Try

  • Beans,
  • Spinach
  • Oatmeal with big blueberry
  • Quinoa
  • Tempeh
  • Hemp
  • Lentils
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Natural peanut butter
  • Unsweetened soy milk
  • etc

I told him, look at the website: Cronometer.com

(holding 10 gram of protein)

Eggs = 0.68 cups, whole beans!! That’s a small, tiny miniscule amount of beans. Hah (“Beans” was a sample. )

(1 cup of beans a day is all you need to have the protein —> Dr Nick break the all time world record for lifts from the waist to overhead.)

I told him watch this youtube video:

HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN MEAL PREP | @avantgardevegan by Gaz Oakley (I don’t eat oil, but you get it.)

And I told him that “Blue zones“:

Japanese Okinawans traditionally 9% of the calories from protein and they happen to be the longest living. healthiest cultures on earth.

He wasn’t into it.

Haha. You can’t do harm by trying.

In other words,
Vegan (Whole Food Plant-Based Diet) = Athletes.

That is it!

Eggs

Debunking Egg Industry Myths

Eggs In The Diet – The Perfect Protein?

“Dr. Song out of Harvard showed that…lower the caloric intake of eggs by 3% and you replace it by 3% of protein of sources, you lower hazard of morality by  19%. Just 3% of your calories from eggs replacing with 3% of calories from plants lower your lower your hazard of mortality by 19%.”

Spinach, broccoli, kale and beans have as much nutritional value as eggs, and none of the bad side of eating eggs (cholesterol, satuatricc fat, heart attack, etc).

Heath: Risk of heart disease, high-cholesterol, diabetes, salmonella poisoning, breast cancer, may shorten your life, etc., (and) animal agricultural and environmental too (do not get me started on that.)

And I’ll have say it again, all that is left for them to say is:

  • It’s “tasty”, and “addiction” or indulgence/comfort foods (for eating NON-WFPB diet).
  • Habit
  • Environmental and animal argiculcultic is real bad. I think most people will agree.
  • I got tons about research and video on these topics.

That it.  🙂
